Hello Gelan, I am working in outpatient clinic and prolonged waiting time due to improper scheduling technique is one of our challenges as well. It is not only affecting the providers and patients satisfaction it also has a great effect on the quality of care provided to the patients. I believe that the positive return on investment that might be anticipated from a redesign of scheduling processes could be substantial for the patient and the clinic.
