Sandwich Target Market

The target market for my store, since it's a Sandwich shop called The Sub Swap it's for all age groups as everyone has sandwiches now and then. Also, it's mainly for the customers in the local area (Geographic). Also, I will be selling sandwiches, pies and pastries and baked goods, which are gluten free. The purpose of this is because this is the whole aim of creating the business.
These are the following types of Sandwiches I will be selling French Dip, Egg Salad, Ham & Cheese, Tuna & Salad, Hamburger Sub, Tuna Melt, Fish Sandwich and Italian Beef. This is because these were the most well known and bought by customer's regularly in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Therefore, I have selected these in my business. Also, the prices of the products varies depending on the fillings. It starts from £1.50 to £5.00. This depends on how much the customer is willing to spend.
Everything is made to order so you can have your sandwich made your way.

Place refers to where a product is purchased from and how it is distributed. Products may be sold directly to customers, online, in catalogues, in retailers, in wholesalers.
Promotion:
Promotion is about trying to attract customers to but products through advertising or through sales promotions. Advertising can be done in many different ways dependent on the size and the budget of the business or who the target audience is. The Marketing Mix refers to the 4 P's of Marketing:
Product
Price
Place
Promotion
The marketing mix is a business tool used in marketing and by marketers. It is about a business selling the right product at the right price in the right place and with the right promotions.If a business gets each of the 4 P's right then they will have a successful marketing mix.
