Target Market: Wiltshire + Swain specialises in design services focusing on large corporations and institutions; because of this they attract businesses that are government run and have a large spending budget for construction work. Some of these customers include; Adelaide University, SA Government, St. Andrews Hospital and Mildura Airport. Wiltshire + Swain does not focus their architectural design services on privately owned houses or factories. “Universities are always upgrading whereas houses are only built once, because of this, it is a good area to specialise in because of returning clients,” states Andrew.
