Even though the best way to evaluate a level of service is understanding the reactions of patients. However, it is not easy to analyze whether patients are happy about the service they are receiving or not. How good the level of services that relates to managerial factors that a health organization is providing will affect the patients’ satisfaction. Nurses help achieving their patients’ experience, which affects their knowledge obtained from the research, to help improving their level of understanding on how other health organizations’ practitioners in health care facilities that have a huge affect on the level of quality of services Keift et al., (2015). In Keift’s serviey, which met a number of 26 nurses who are employees in various Dutch healthcare settings to get their knowledge on how their work environment affected to positive patient experiences. The study used open approach survey as a way to know from the nurses what could improve the level of nurses’ quality in their organization which will lead to improving the health quality. I think that every hospital must keep improving the level of education and knowledge to all their workers. Physician, nurses, managers, and any other worker in their institution. Providing lessons and classes to them in the fields needed in-order to improve the level of patients’ satisfaction such as classes in how to keep your patients safe at all the time. Safety is important according of what the previous studies have fount, and it considered as important as the quality of the provided healthcare at some points.
