Health care quality is hard to define than other services in public health care system because the patient himself and quality of his life are being assessed. The quality of medical services can be evaluated by taking into account observers such as patient’s family and friends insights. Also, the observer group characterizes potential future customers and they have a significant effect on patient healthcare choices. Perceived satisfaction can be defining as health care quality. There are two aspects of health care quality. First, the technical feature of care, that refers to the ability of the contributors as they go about performing their jobs. These include thoroughness, clinical and operating skills of the doctors, clinical results. Second, the interpersonal characteristic of care, that characterizes the helpful aspect of care and the socio-psychological relationships between the patient and the health care contributors. This includes explanations of illness and treatment, the availability of information, politeness and the warmth received. (Alrubaiee, Alkaa 'ida, 2011) Some promoters of private clinics claim that their unpredictable growth is a function of innovative capacity.
