Pursuing The Helping Career

As an RSA personality type, I enjoy helping and empowering people and also enjoy working with tools and doing hands on work. Therefore, pursuing a career in the helping profession illustrates how my personality type closely aligns with my preferred work environment. I feel that I am naturally inclined towards helping people. And as result, the self-knowledge I gained after identifying my Holland code provided a sense of self-assurance in me. I felt more confident in the decision I made when I decided to pursue a degree in college
