Students who attend community colleges have some obligations and they want to save money. Students can take general courses for a lower affordable price at a community college whereas students at a university have to pay much bigger price just for a general courses. Just because the name “community” is in the front it doesn’t make it any less than a university. O’Keefe argues that “Community college is real college”. O’Keefe made the point that even if it’s a community college the students are still earning degrees, going to classes, and paying real money to go to these community colleges.
