Begin checking background of all aspects, employee records and how they acted in the workplace, school disciplinary records, and a social medias. Implementing technology could give us the possibility that guns that are safe locked with a fingerprint and cannot be unlocked without the same fingerprint, also using the same technology to seal gun safes and the storage of the gun safes must be somewhere not in plain sight and must be out of reach of small children if any are present in the home.
