How would you define personality? * The Free Dictionary by Farlex (2012) defines personality the characteristic, relatively stable, and predictable way a person thinks, feels, and behaves, including conscious attitudes, values, and styles, and also unconscious conflicts and defense mechanisms (para. 1). * 3. What key concepts or “constructs” are used to explain your personality? * Introverts and extroverts is a basic personality trait in human beings. I have a little of both. I have to say I am more introvert. I get more accomplished when I am alone. I do say that with the right partner, I could turn introvert into extrovert. I am self-conscious, passionate, quiet, and deliberate. I am social to an extent, but I like more to be alone and contending to things that need to be done or just engaging in activities that make me feel content. Unless I am really comfortable with my surroundings in a social gathering, I get nervous and anxious. I like t think about situations or answers before I begin to answer them back. * * 4. Are your personality features consistent or do they change according to the situation? * My personality features change accordingly to the situation and this is a consistent pattern for me. For example, the people who I may be around, and no particular place such as work, social gathering, and customers. I try to accommodate to their personality. I will not lie, steel or cheat, but I will keep myself from conflicting with their personality characteristics. I believe this is what makes me more introverted. Being introverted keeps me from meeting people. Usually, if I do meet someone, they are opposite from me. This means I do change some of my personality features. I am prepared for these changes
