After completing the human metrics personality test its stated that I was an ISTP. Not only did it say that I had an ISTP personality, it stated that I was “Introvert (56%) Sensing (1%) Thinking (9%) Judging (28%)” (Heiss, 2015). An introvert is a person is a person who keeps to themselves and is reserved and shy. I must say that this test is very accurate. I have always been an introvert. I would rather be by myself than be in a large group of people. Because of wanting to proceed with management I am learning to open up and feel more comfortable around a large group of people.
