After we discussed both personality assessments in class, I realized that there is no right or wrong personality. People value same thing differently as they have different personalities. According to “True Colors” and “Myers-Briggs”, I am more organized and outspoken. I follow rules and time, and most of the time, I am prepared to do things. I also like to speak out or ask if I am not clear or have any questions instead of spending a lot of time doing research by myself. I do not hesitate to ask for help, and this personality will help me to achieve success in both academic and professional life. I am good time follower; I had never been late to school or work without any emergency happen. Being on time and attending class regularly is

General Information The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) was developed by Leslie C. Morey Ph.D. in 1991 and revised in 2007. It is published through Psychological Assessment Resource and is a multidimensional objective inventory designed to measure psychopathology and treatment planning for various psychopathological conditions. The current PAI form is not a revision of normative data, test form, or interpretative guidelines from the original 1991 edition. The current version reflects the revision and publication of a second edition of the PAI professional manual to describe research related to the instrument since the original publication of the manual in 1991.…

After taking the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II Personality Quiz and the Myers-Briggs Personality Quiz there were a few things I learned. According to the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II Personality Instrument Quiz there are a lot of people similar to me which are categorized as Guardians. There is nothing better than being out on the crystal clear Higgins Lake with my family and spending the day relaxing on the boat in the warmth of the sunshine. I cherish moments when my whole family gets together at the same place, even if it is something as simple as laying out on the boat.…

Can a silly personality test determine what career is best for you? Recently I had taken the True Colors Personality test which assesses what a person values, how they make decisions, what they like to do, and what they think of themselves. Some people even exhibit a combination of more than one color, but for the most part only one color will show dominance. Pre-dominantly I exhibited the traits of the color gold.…
