Peer Mentor Research Paper

I want to become a peer mentor because I want to make a positive impact on the students pursuing nursing education. In the last two years of my nursing education, peer mentors in the general and simulation lab have helped in various ways. The peer mentors have aided me to become more competent in my skills, increased my confidence, challenged me to think critically and encouraged me to keep working hard. I want to do the same for other students in addition to strengthening my personal skills. As a peer mentor, I will be able to share my knowledge with other students and advance my communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
