Renewable energy is energy generated from natural resource such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides and geothermal heat.

My strong determination to MS Renewable Energy Engineering and Management grew many reasons; I have learnt mechanical courses like Thermodynamics, Heat& Mass Transfer, Power Plant Engg, Thermal Labs and Gas Dynamics Etc. I have completed my In-plant training at the Tuticorin Thermal Power Plant, Tuticorin. This Training has helped me to learn the overall power plant Operations and enhance operational efficiency to maximize availability, reliability, flexibility and maintainability. This has enhanced my practical experience in the clean environment and not only can Renewable Energy options contribute towards a cleaner environment, but also help address issues of energy security and access that hold great relevance. The creation of a study group allows MSc students to have a forum to freely discuss their ideas and understanding of certain core concepts. If I take the initiate to begin a study group, I will directly benefit those in the program
