Every time I take a look at the autographed Kevin Durant jersey, I always think of the joy I felt when I watched my first Thunder game 7 years ago. But when I began to watch the the Thunder and admire Kevin Durant, my parents did not seem to have a problem with it. He was a very rare kind of player, he was very talented, didn't get into trouble, and was very well respected. He purposely kept his tattoos in spots on his body that would not be visible during the games, unlike other players who covered every spot of their body with tattoos. He did this so that he could be a good influence on the kids who watched the NBA games. I especially respected the fact that he was not totally full of himself, unlike other star players like Lebron James and Kobe Bryant, who were all about themselves. I did not look up to Kevin Durant in the idea that I wanted to be in the NBA when I was older, but I loved the way he acted as opposed to the other players who felt as if they were above everyone
