Why I Want To Become A Paleontologist

For my future career, I have decided to research the job tasks, pay scale, and requirements for a high school history teacher. I chose this particular career for a number of reasons. History is one of my passions and I knew that I desired to work in a field that pertains to them. I also feel that going into education could entail positive changes for both myself and the current system. Finally, one of my advanced placement teachers in high school motivated me to follow this career path. As a child, I have considered becoming either a veterinarian because I love animals or a paleontologist. Within the daily responsibilities of high school education, a teacher must enforce and establish rules of behavior for his/her students. He or she teach classes through lectures, introducing discussions, demonstrations, and handing out assignments. A high school teacher also adapts the methods used in the classroom to fulfill the needs of both the students and the school in general. As for working conditions, …show more content…
Having blue as my dominant color signifies that I am cooperative, sensitive, supportive, and I enjoy working one-on-one with others. “The orange category being my second color reveals that I am creative, energetic, motivating, and generous” (ECOCIS). I will need to improve on using logic, staying organized, and plan ahead for each day of teaching.
