They are a small team made up of parent, teachers, support staff and the Head Teacher.
Senior Management team
The school’s senior management team also known as the senior leadership team is made up of experienced staff such as the head teacher, deputy head, and heads of year and curriculum leaders. They meet on a regular basis to make decisions concerning the running of the school.
Teacher
The role of the class teacher is to plan and delivery a variety of lessons for the pupils following the National curriculum. They must also assess, record and report on pupil progress informing parents and meeting with outside organisations as required.
Support staff
The support staff support teaching and learning, some may focus on behaviour or pastoral care.
