Aligning organization culture with strategic goal is necessary while leveraging the good things in current culture and making correction of the unaligned area (Reh, 2015). However, a multiframe analysis to can help organization to show participation, training, structural realignment, political bargaining, and symbolic rituals of letting go can help achieve more positive outcomes. Nonetheless, for change to be successful concerns must be framed politically, confronting conflict, building coalitions, and establishing arenas for negotiating differences into workable pacts(Bolman & Deal, 2013).
