People have unique personalities determine their behaviour, and similarly, every organisation has its own personality, which is called culture (Robbins & Coulter, 2014, p.77). Organisational culture has a strong influence on the system, structure as well as the performance of companies, which might lead to success or failure depends on the types of culture applied within the organisation. However, a key element, which forms a basic base that leads to superior performance, is a strong organisational culture. Most successful managers suggest that strong culture plays an important role in organisational performance. An organisation achieves its objectives mainly due to a strong culture shared among employees as well as the top management. In the writer’s point of view, strong culture has positive impacts on the organisation because when employees identify, accept, appreciate and commit to that culture, they tend to work more sufficiently and effectively to attain organisational goals. According to Shahzad, Luqman, Khan and Shabbir (2012, p.981), strong culture is considered as a force in order to enhance the performance, motivation, and dedication of the employees. An organisation with a strong culture is more able to deal with the complicated and challenging changes in the environment, because the resolving methods are flexible than the old administrative control method (Neagu & Nicula, 2012). The strong culture manages the employee behaviours because when employees are committed and feeling comfortable with the rules or regulations, they are willing to contribute the knowledge and time to achieve organisation goals (Neagu & Nicula, 2012).
