Kylee, thanks for sharing your input! I like that you mention Kotters eight step model guidelines to be considered to facilitate change. As I researched about this steps, I noticed that this guidelines is very helpful in implementing change successfully. As well know that change can be stressful, intimidating, and challenging. Step 1, creating urgency, is where implementing change start, this is where we find motivation to get change moving. By the end of Kotter's guidelines, step 8, anchor the changes in corporate culture, is to make change solid, continuous effort from the company's leader is very important to change organization
