The management style demonstrated by Miranda Priestly, the fashion industry’s version of the “devil” is without a doubt the classic autocratic manager. Autocratic leaders are typically known for putting performance and productivity over ___ and that is exactly what Miranda Priestly demonstrates in her work. She simply doesn’t care for feedback from her employees nor does she show any remorse for her underlings if they do not perform as expected. This autocratic behaviour of Miranda’s was evident when the company had a staff meeting for February’s runway magazine issue. During that scene you capture Miranda being skeptical and discourteous about her employee’s suggestions. You also see her giving nearly no opportunities for them to speak out
