Upon arrival, Officer Jimenez made contact with the victim identified as Virginia Sirengo(B/F-DOB03/14/1982). Sirengo advised Officer Jimenez she was physically assaulted by Charlotte Jackson (B/F-DOB06/03/1968). Officer Jimenez observed that Sirengo had a small laceration on the left side of her face. Sirengo advised that the laceration she had on her face was the result of the disturbance she had with Jackson earlier that night. Sirengo told Officer Jimenez that earlier that night she went to McAlister’s with Warner and friends. Sirengo then stated that she observed that Jackson arrived to the restaurant shortly after. Sirengo told Officer Jimenez that after Jackson went inside the restaurant she went outside where she and Warren were sitting and started acting belligerent towards her. Sirengo stated that Jackson made comments stating that she knew she was going to get her. Sirengo advised that during the confrontation Jackson delivered a right closed fist towards the left side of her face that caused her bodily injury. Officer Jimenez took a picture of the laceration caused to Sirengo by Jackson and attached it to this report. Sirengo was under the impression that Jackson had a key in her hand when she punched her and that why she had a small cut.
Sirengo advised that she wanted to pursue charges and file a report. Sirengo also advised that Jackson has been criminally trespassed from her workplace in the past due to her violent behavior. Sirengo advised that she is afraid Jackson can find her and physically assault her. Officer Jimenez asked Sirengo how Jackson knew she was in Mcalisters and Sirengo stated she did not know.
Officer Jimenez provided Sirengo with a case number in case she had any more information in reference to this case. Officer Jimenez provided Sirengo with a victim information pamphlet. Audio and video of the incident
