P Santiago claims that an ambulance was called for him approximately 2 hours later and he was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with broken ribs and his eyes were washed out. MOS Ferlie Fox states that she and her partner MOS White were responding to a radio call for assault. When they arrived at the location, they observed a block party and woman approached and informed them that a man was hit with an object. MOS approached the man who was struck and man pointed at P Santiago, who standing on the stoop at house, as the individual who struck him. MOS White and Fox went where P Santiago was standing and P entered the housed and closed the door. MOS White attempted to open the door but it was locked. Then, someone opened the door and MOS White and Fox entered. MOS Smikle was also at the scene and was standing behind MOS White. P Santiago punched MOS White in the face.
