He was bleeding from his back; he stated he had been stabbed. The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical attention. An officer responded to the hospital and met with the victim. The victim explained he was in his apartment when the alarm sensor key fob for his vehicle started going off so he went to his truck to check on it. As he walked around the corner of apartment he saw Mr. Brown standing next to the driver’s side of the vehicle. The victim asked the defendant what he was doing and Mr. Brown told the victim he was not doing anything. As the victim turned to walk back to his apartment, he felt a hit to his upper back. Not realizing he was stabbed he turned around. While doing so, he heard a metal object fall onto the ground. The victim said Mr. Brown walk off towards the gate which leads into the apartment complex. The victim saw Mr. Brown carrying a large knife and had started to demand the victim’s car keys. At this point, the victim picked a small knife that he had been stabbed with and refused to give Mr. Brown the keys. However, once the victim started to feel the pain and noticed blood flowing down his back; he decided to run away. Once he saw the officers he came out to meet up with
