P claims that he began afraid and ran away however MOS grabbed him. P claims that he was removed his from pocket when MOS yelled gun and grabbed him by his shoulder and kneed him the chest causing him not to breathe for a second. P claims that the 2 MOS slammed to the ground and kicked in his chest. P claims that one of the MOS placed his knee on this back. P states that he was handcuffed and searched and no gun was recovered. P claims that one of the MOS told him that P fits the description of some with a gun. P states that an ambulance arrived at the location and he was taken
