Terrell was very cooperative with us, I asked him about the gold grass knuckles in the center console that I discovered, and Terrell stated, “Those are Richard’s brass knuckles he bought them at a convenience store on the east side called Kings.” I advised Terrell that he is being transported to the Gonzales County Sheriff’s office for booking. Terrell advised me that he would give a video statement at the jail. Upon arrival, at the GCSO Terrell was taken into a room and was asked if he recalled being Mirandized by J. Airola, Terrell advised me yes. Terrell’s statement was recorded via audio and video, I noted no discrepancies in his statements given. Terrell was taken back to the holding area.
