The productivity is more important than any individual’s input. Besides, one of most important ideal workplace is to being good in cultural environment.
A multi-cultural environment provides various perspectives and cross-team exposure to art, science and technology. Many employees will prefer to work with company that have considered about adaptable, collaborative and friendly.

 Strengthening customer-oriented marketing capabilities constructing the most competitive production system.

 Maximizing management efficiencies- Management for LG was very helpful and very precise with instruction. The co-workers also encountered were fairly easy to get along, and work with. It could be say that the hardest part of the job was shipping a large product on short notice.
