Leadership 's Role for Organizational Change: Case Study
A manager is the person who directs a group of individuals to achieve a particular objective (Borkowski, 2016). Successful organizational change depends on the manager 's ability to lead people through the change. Motivation, communication, knowledge, authority and the manager 's interest in a particular change could be the keys for success.
In health services, managers often have a clinical background. In what ways might that prepare them for a role as an administrator and the assumption of a leadership position within the organization? How might that hamper them in that role?

Engagement between all parties involved in quality improvement plays a central role towards ensuring that the recommendations provided suit the interests of all parties. Use a strategic communication could be critical in this case. According to Borkowski (2016), strategic communication is an attempt made by management to strategically communicate the goals of the organization.
The case study indicates that the executive team would have met the QI team within a month, which would have provided the QI team with an ample opportunity to prepare its argument on the recommendations. In Sue Stark 's position, I would study all the QI team recommendations to understand both the implications of the proposed change and the consequences the change might trigger. Finally, I would support feasible recommendations.

In one of my previous experiences, I was involved in working within a team setting when conducting research on the topic of teenage pregnancy and some of the factors contributing towards the occurrence of this health challenge. From my perspective, I believe that usage of the survey research design would not achieve expected results since I believe that some of the teenagers would not provide accurate responses. However, this only acted as part of my belief since the team focused on usage of the survey research design which enhanced the platform for success in the research
