The Laissez-faire leadership style is also known as the Hands-off-style, in this style the leader permits the employees to make decisions although the leader is still responsible for the decisions that are made. Subordinates are given free hand in determining their own policies and methods. Laissez-faire is mainly effective when workers have the skills to work independently.
Leader with this style provides very little guidance to his subordinates it also can be effective if the leader examine what’s being achieved and communicates this back to the team regularly. This style is to be used when there is trustworthiness and have confidence in the people below.

Disadvantages of Laissez-faire leadership style
 Productivity may suffer when the Laissez-faire leadership style is implemented if group members lack the expertise required to achieve assigned objectives.
 Without regular monitoring some employees may take incorrect decisions which may affect the productivity.
 It makes some employees unconfident when they don’t have contact with a manager and don’t get feedback for a problems.
 If people are not automotive and disciplined this leadership can lead to inefficiency. (Laissez-faire-leadership)

There are other two types of leadership styles as
1) The people oriented leadership style
Here leaders are entirely focusing on organizing, supporting and developing the people on their teams. This is an especial leadership style which is liable to support the good team work they treat everyone of the team equally and they are friendly too among the team members and they pay attention to the welfare of every one in the group, people oriented leaders take a very humanistic method by identifying and willing to help the needs of the employees as a part of the work process.

The next suitable leadership style for MEGAMIND is Task oriented leadership style because this type of leadership energetically describes the work and the roles necessary for the MEGAMIND and put structures in place and plan, organize and monitor the work of the MEGAMINDS and this type of leadership style motivates the task of managers to achieve the performance goals of MEGAMIND.
It maintains a high standard with efficiency. This type of leadership style has a strong understanding of how to get the work done by focusing on the essential workplace procedures of MEGAMINDS.
The next type of leadership style suitable for MEGAMIND is People oriented leadership style this type of leadership work as a team or group and this type of leadership helps to be friendly with the employees and treat everyone of them equally which will be useful for MEGAMINDS in achieving there goals and here decision making is done as a group by taking everyone’s opinion in the MEGAMIND.
