In addition to working with the Aftercare groups with Mary and Leslie at the YMCA, I believe that working directly with Jami Geist, who is the oversees the residential units to be of the utmost value. Collaboratively, Jami and I pull files of clients from a list of discharges, and I call these people, providing they gave consent, and ask various questions to gage whether we are having success with helping people become more self-sufficient, and live healthier lives.
