I use SEQUENCE first because I am a well organized person, I am the type of person who wants the clear step by step instruction and I like to set up for my tasks and if possible be given an example to ensure that I am doing what is required. I use this pattern when paying my monthly bills I fill in my calendar for each month with the name of the bill the due date and the amount owed. I also write down the date that I will mail it off or pay by phone this frees my mind up for other things so that I'm not having to remember all those details so I can just simply do it.

I'm certainly not the person who wants the challenge I will seek help and should my technical reasoning just fail me completely I will once again seek help and or pass the task on if possible.
I use my CONFLUENT as needed I do like doing things my way and at times I don't like to follow the rules because I may think my way is better but being the risk taker and having lack of structure and not doing things accordingly can ultimately set up for failure in some cases and I've learned that in my past by making those very mistakes and that's not a pattern I choose to be in the habit of.
I've learned so much about my learning style in this chapter and it's basically things that I already knew about myself but wasn't able to articulate them properly. By learning these patterns I can see how they will be effective and help me in my life as far as work and my personal relationships. These learning patterns help me to understand who I am as a learner and now I can use this knowledge to understand others as well. Things don't have to be done my way to be done correctly and this understanding is something I can use for the rest of my career and life and it will ultimately create and generate better relationships in ever
