The mastery of literacy is a fundamental aspect used by scholars in advance studies research and development where leaders gains essential data that is crucial in their decision-making activity. The integration of information literacy into the academic learning is critical to capitalize the characterization of leaders’ ability and credibility within the leadership arena. In today’s era, Internet is a dominant place where people collect information literacy and has an influence to students collecting information that is used in academic research. Internet has millions of information from unreliable and unjustifiable source in which a major concern for colleges and universities that students may collect the wrong data and allowing students to use unreliable source may hamper research and fall into the wrong study conclusion. Because of the question of validity of literacy information circulating the Internet, colleges and universities must accelerate their efforts to adapt the online library technology to make it more dynamic, accessible, and cost-effective use of students.
Reversing the trend
The essential need to reformat the use of libraries is critical and needs remodeling to make it efficient, effective, sophisticated, easy to use, and easy to access. The use of the library is still practical because the presence of reliable information still exists and is critical to academic research (Badke, 2009). Because of the practicality, libraries must take the initiative to adapt the latest technology in converting its existence into online settings in which people can access at home.
Leadership Practice
Literacy information has strong connections with scholarship research, practice, and leadership (Russell, 2009). The importance of collecting valid and authentic information is critical in the doctoral learning
