Industrial Age Vs Italian Renaissance

The eras of the Industrial Age and the Italian Renaissance were considered two of the most important times for humanities. Both eras had a huge impact on daily life, and introduced new styles of living. The two eras had many new inventions, cultures, and influences; however, the two were very different. The similarities between these two eras began because of the people. They wanted to improve their everyday lifestyles. Thus began with new inventions, machines, economic systems, politics, and a better-connected society. These eras were built from a new way of thinking. This resulted in changing the course of history for all future centuries to come. The inventions in these two eras were quite different. For instance, during the Renaissance Johann Gutenberg invented the printing press, and during the Revolution James Hargraves invented the spinning jenny. Both inventions display what was needed to advance society during that time period. The Renaissance was focused around new thinking and creativity, where as the Industrial Revolution was more focused on improving efficiency, providing better paying jobs, and economical improvement. The inventions of these time periods were based on the focus of the people during that time period. Another difference was where their inspiration came from. The focus of the Renaissance came from the classical Greek and Roman eras. As for the Industrial Revolution improving productivity inspired it. This again, shows how time affected the advances of each era. Each era had many similarities and differences. It all began with the people and what they needed to improve life at that time.
