The significance of Project Communications Management
The experts agreed that the failure of any project such as IT Projects is failure of communication. Major problems in communications are unclear scope or unrealistic Programmers. It very important for the Project to have good communication.
Now days, the IT field is changing very rapidly with minor and major changes with technical knowledge and understanding.
Example: When computer Professionals deals with people who don’t have Computer or little Technical understanding. It creates Technical Jargon. So, we must resolve this Jargon. Most of the people have computer gap, also create technical jargon.

In these way students gets attention due to clicker and they focus on the actual direction and get more and more understanding.

Influential communication channels
It is very important to know how many persons are in the project. As the number of people is normal, the will going on well. When we increase number of people, the project will be more complicated & logical.
To find the Number of people (n) in project, we use the following formula
Number of communication channels = n (n-1)/2
For example two people have one communication channel, so the calculation will be
= 2 (2-1)/1
=1
So, we have one communication channel.
For three people have three communication channels, the calculation is as follows,
=3 (3-1)/2
=3
For five people have 10 communication channels, the calculation is as follows,
=5 (5-1)/2
=10
And so on.
Project manager must limit the size of team to avoid communication complex.
If three people working on Project Task, they have three communication channels, if two people add to team, we would have 10 communication channels as increase of seven. If we added three people, we have 12 communication channels. Result is that the Project becomes complex and complex.

We should use effective technology for Information creation and distribution to right stakeholder and right place. If Information goes wrong, it not only damages the organization structure and creates financial losses which are bearded by the Stakeholders.
It includes project documents, schedules and minutes of meeting. Sort out the information according to need. Storing back up of work for safe side of risk.
Meeting and written communication is necessary for Project management. Use best way to communicate with team members. 1-Interactive communication:
It implies that two or more people interconnected phones calls & video conference. This method is more effective for effective communication.
