When tackling a major project such as expanding a business, relying on a collaboration of a diverse team complete with experienced individuals is vital to the success. As a leader of the team, it is also important to make sure that the individuals are not only experienced in his or her roles, but also work together in a cohesive approach. For instance pairing an IT specialist with a senior nurse and the human resource specialist with an administrative assistant. Give them joint responsibilities, this way they will be able to learn about one another all the while completing their tasks. For instance, the senior nurse and the IT specialist can work together to create a cohesive task by offering each of his or her skills such as computer knowledge from the IT specialist and nursing skills from the senior nurse.
