MMC HRM Strategy was planned to improve patient care by improving medical education with a clear and practical career path to increase the number of medical consultants in the NHS. In addition, the HRM Strategy is to ensure a clear fuse between HRM activities, operational success and quality of patient care, ensure that the right number of staff, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time and with the commitment necessary to ensure the delivery of the best possible care in line with the financial and service development strategies.
The vision “Quality Care to every person every day” is established on the Triple aim of Better Health, Better Care and Better Value that must be delivered simultaneously - meaning that, contained

What would this company do without profit? To be successful in the near future Company ‘A” needs. So what should it do next year, should it extend the factory, buy more l&, buy more machinery to fit into the factory or perhaps employ more people. These people could be working within the factory, in the office areas of the company, or sales people visiting clients or potential clients – where should the company spend its money?
Human Resource Management (HRM) planning is vital to the efficient running and a successful business enterprise. An incompetent and poorly functioning human resources department reflects the overall state of affairs of an organization and its possible uncompetitive position in the marketplace. HRM trends that impact or determine future challenges include , innovation, acquiring the right talents, support lifelong learning. Essentially the failure of MMC in a Human Resource perspective was brought about by:-

This disconnect between departments led to miscommunication or indifference of attitude which quickly filtered across organizational levels and employee hierarchies
g) A dysfunctional HR roadmap or ineffective HR management strategy has had long-term consequences on MMC which affected the productivity levels of the employees and customer service on all fronts got affected too. The loss of customers and medium-term revenues was quite immediate. Over a period of time, the free-fall will lead to an impact on the bottom line of an organization
h) Emphasis is placed on the medical manpower without regard to other team members and supporting staff that play a vital role in patient care
