We all remember the excitement we had by getting our first smart mobile, presenting all the smart applications that we use daily, how we could connected our self to the world. Moving along with time theses applications were developed to cover most of our life necessity ordering food, GPRS, shopping applications and tons more. The age of smart application later was developed to penetrate the work field and to be establish as a ground stone in the modern business day. The integration of the smart application to the work process brought new tools that help and easing the work load.

The new smart application IZZILI will help the human resource by translation of these missions into actions plans and include resources allocation that all will be link to the strategic plan of the company.
IZIILI smart human resources management help in planning and managing along with tracking all related human resources records and training, which also help in adding a lean human resources process to the environment.
This Smart application IZIILI will have a direct effect in the management, since each part of the company need to have special small goals that need to be added to the system in a way that when we combine all the goals of different department the main goal of the company will be matched and done. IZIILI will work as a cloud of applications that helps improve the performance by set a human resources plan and matching it with the management strategic objective. Since the management will set the company goals and the human resource will attained to it and provide a strategic plan to cover the work needed to achieve the main plan that is set by the management. The Smart application will have the impact on the employees also since it will fit the profile of the employee to the section were a gab exist and then the management and the human resource will explain to the employee why he is needed in this section, which will increase the loyalty of the employee since he will feel as one of the system and an asset to the
