Communication between managers and staff members:
All restaurant employees are from different countries with different backgrounds. Employees are experienced and well educated. But, there are some disadvantages in the communication between managers and staff member. The disadvantage is that they are unable to speak a normal language. Because many of the employees have come from different countries, and they speak different languages from each other. The meetings behavior at McDonald involves employees and managers communicating without any issues or problems being faced or happening in the restaurant.
