Castle Family Restaurant a successfully, growing 8 location organization in the food chain industry. The restaurant is currently struggling with some of their human resources duties, the operations manager who currently manages all of their HR duties feels as if implementing a new HRIS system, he will have the capability of managing more of this work directly from his office. This would help him with time management, as well as reducing costs for the company.
