1. There are many roadblocks that human service providers face, when setting up and conducting a good interview; and, I believe it involves communication barriers, and choosing the proper setting for the interview. For Instance, a good human service provider knows how to structure the interview, so as, to better serve the needs of the client. By knowing how to handle communication barriers like: focusing on weakness, and anger, for example, human service providers can take actions to prevent these problems from affecting the interview, (Mandell & Schram, 2012, p. 327).
