When in the business world of today, the employers have to think of ways how to keep the wellbeing and treatment of their employees. The Government at times, do come into play, but Unions and the Human Resources of their businesses usually are the ones who want to protect and address issues of their employees. So we see it is very important that businesses take interest if a Union or the Huma Resource department will be enough to aid their employees it there are issues. In this paper, I will address some issues that the Union, Human Resources Management Personnel and the government do to help with the welfare of employee in their workplace.

Unions were formed to address issues and help with the safety of employees in the workplace. Although some labor unions were established in the beginning of the 20th century, lack of organization as well as suppression by employers often thwarted efforts to substantially improve working conditions (Korgen, Korgen & Giraffe, 2015). Unions play a very important role in both securing legislated labor protection and rights in safely and health.
