For the bible says, "And God said; Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them" (Gen. 1:26-27) Understand that God created people with having his characteristics rooted in them so that they will be able to show the very same aspects of God.
As an Early Childhood Educator, we are responsible for children to discover their own identity, to learn the values of others, and to know the importance of different learning forms. The factors that I mentioned shapes the foundation of a growing child, which God word says in Matthew7:24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. Therefore, as an Early Childhood educator I must show my identity and my values, so that a Biblical worldview would be reveal in every aspect of my teaching.


With being a childhood educator many parents, children, aunts, uncles…etc. tend to want to know and/or get to know the teacher that will be involved in their child’s life, in order for that to happen they look at the teacher’s identity. They begin to ask their selves questions pertaining to what the teacher’s history/background maybe or even is he or she capable of teaching their child. Even to get…
