Benjamin Franklin was one of the most successful scientists of the 18th century. I will be talking about his background, discoveries, and his work. The upbringing and education of Benjamin Franklin was His own reading.
Benjamin Franklin was born in Boston, Massachusetts, January 17th, 1706. Ben was the 10th son out 17 children in his family. His beloveded dad (Josiah Franklin) was a candle maker/ worker.
Ben had seemed like he didn't really have a settled childhood. He was taken out of school at 10 years old by his father to help work with the shop. But through those ups and downs with his education, but he found a way to bounce back on his feet. Which was reading.
