Harrods: Developing Retail Careers
Harrods of London is considered a British institution. This luxury brand is highly respected and recognized all over the world (“Harrods: Developing a career path in retail”, n.d.). Harrods built its reputation over one hundred and sixty years; employs approximately 5,000 employees (from 86 different nationalities) servicing up to 100,000 customers a day at peak times (“Harrods: Developing a career path in retail”, n.d.).
