In becoming a Nursing Assistant, it consists various qualities that an assistant must have when caring for those who aren’t always able to help themselves autonomously. Some of these traits will not come by easily since it does embrace an emotionally, mentally, and physically fit person to withstand the challenges. As an individual, student, and employee in retail, you come across people from different walks of life whether near or far. In retailing, there is so much being observed in a conscientious manner. For instance, the local commercials of those in poverty, homelessness, or abuse and then witnessing some of that reality in a current setting; can cause some indecisiveness about my choices. There are people who do not accept kind-heartedness or, pity as well as others whereas the simple fact that I am human; I’m not perfect in my approach in some situations. Even though I’ll rather empathize on the why and what they might be feeling at the time. I avoid being arrogant, ignorant, or cruel by any means towards a person regardless of preference.
