Multidisciplinary team (MDT) composes members who have professional knowledge and special expertise and skills from various healthcare disciplines, discuss and explore problems that out of ordinary boundaries and provide good quality of healthcare for patients (Health.nt.gov.au, 2016). MDT will give a new understanding for team members and help them handle problems under complex situation. The core elements of MDT are continuum, which provides the descriptive function for each type of healthcare delivery teams; common principles that sets the principles with functions; commission, distribute funds to commission service effective for MDT (Swientozielskyi et al, 2015: 12).
