I have been working out a program that I will follow throughout the summer time to help me break my bad eating habits and develop a better, healthier lifestyle. Due to my stomach issues, I cannot eat in the morning without feeling nauseous throughout the rest of the of the morning or even the rest of the day. While I am not a super athletic person, it is important to be active and exercise to maintain your health. I have developed an exercise routine that I will perform in the morning before I shower and prepare for the rest of my day. I have also decided I am going to break my caffeine addiction. My goal is to limit myself to one bottle of soda a week rather than one or two per day. There are also other means of keeping healthy like caring for your skin and teeth. Both of which I have developed plans. By the end of the summer I hope to be healthier and
