Global Delivery Direct (GDD) Inc, has been around since 1968 in Norfolk, England and was created by four peers form the London School of Economics. Mr. Windsor Joseph Knoll, Mr. Weatherspoon Giles Hartford III, Mr. Heathering John Smyth, and Mr. Rockfish Andrew. These four classmates made GDD very successful with their small parcel and overseas delivery services. During the early 80’s and 90’s UPS, Fed Ex and DHL became stiff competition for GDD, which resulted in a decrease in sales, deliveries and clientele. This forced GDD to reevaluate their business plans and come up a new strategy to improve and secure the success in the mail delivery services.
