I envision subordinates viewing me as the “go to” candidate among the instructors since credibility will be gained through leading by example. Performing the job at the highest level is a strong trait which builds trust, by keeping my words through my actions. Fellow instructors and peers may also be drastically affected by the level of Idealized Influence I plan to represent. Peers may see my increase in organizational goals and charisma which can influence them in a more positive attitude as a whole, increasing the efficiency and manner in which the mission is accomplished. Some instructors/peers may even increase their role within the organization equally since positivity can be infectious. Supervisors, (knowing that I am putting the interests and goals of the organization and group first) may view me as more approachable and could possibly delegate me with further responsibilities and leadership roles within the unit. Supervisors may also feel less pressure with the increase production of subordinates taking the initiative as to what is needed to accomplish the mission. This is not by any means unimaginable since the level of instructors/peers has already been influenced by the Idealized Influence style. Regardless it is clear that all three levels will be influenced through the implementation of an improved Idealized Influence
