As owner and manager of Divine Debauchery Events Management I will serve as contact to the client and coordinator of the event. Zach Morris, a young and energetic Public Relations whiz, will serve as the promotions director for the event. Zach is a recent graduate of Old Dominion University and had an internship at Bob FM during his senior year. The contacts Zach made at the radio station and other media outlets during his internship have proven very effective in the past and he is certain he will be able to secure some PSA announcements on several of the local radio stations. This will be very cost effective since we are dealing with a very small budget and a very large event. Zach will also be responsible for writing a news release for the event and ensuring it is sent to all local news outlets including local newspapers and public television stations. During Zach’s internship he also developed a lot of relationships with local bar and restaurant owners. In order to increase public knowledge of the event, Zach has arranged a series of special events at the local GLBT bars, The Garage, Klub Ambush, and The Hershee Bar. These special events will be hosted by Jennifer Warner, an area drag entertainer, and will include games and prizes. We have arranged for six events, two at each bar in the weeks leading up to “Out in the Park”, with a budget of $250 for each event, totaling $1500. Kelly Kapowski, Divine Debauchery’s Entertainment
