How would you describe your past experience with events and event hosting?
I do not have very much experience with events and hosting them, but I am a fast learner, and am willing to put forth the most effort possible into learning anything I need to know to be on this team. I will take the time to learn what needs to be done and how to do it quickly so I can perform to the best of my abilities. My small amount of experience lies in hosting small events on the Mineplex Player Servers. While hosting, I make small events for my players, and moderate in game activity.
Why do you want to join EA and what do you expect from your work with the Server Management Team?

I have an amazing work ethic, and will constantly work hard to ensure that I can get any task done quickly, efficiently, and with little error.
Being able to adapt to a situation is important for members of a team. In EA, I will adapt and learn from the team, and will become a highly proficient member quickly.
Being able to give and take feedback is extremely important for a team like EA. I can help others ideas grow and expand while allowing mine to do so as well by giving and taking feedback from others. I understand that when giving and taking ideas and suggestions, that the goal is not to be mean, but to be kind, and let them expand their ideas.
Because of my Work ethic, ability to learn new skills, and my ability to take and distribute feedback, I would be a great match for the EA
